Big Changes for a Large Family.

For this large, active Minneapolis family, lack of space had reached a critical level: there simply wasn’t enough room to hang out comfortably with family and friends, store their bikes and other recreational gear, or to entertain properly. Due to the restrictive layout of the home, it was determined that a 2-story addition would be the centerpiece of the remodeling project—creating the space they needed to expand the kitchen and created a breakfast room, add a mudroom for their gear, and create a spacious Owner’s suite.
