Hey, teenage boys need room to grow.

For the owners of this Mediterranean home in Lowry Hill, an unfinished attic was a great opportunity to give their fast-growing boys some space and privacy of their own. Two creatively designed bedrooms and a master bathroom created the perfect “teenage cave” and got a couple very enthusiastic (but chill) head nods.
