OVERVIEW

This whole-home renovation balances traditional detailing with a fresh sensibility. A two-story foyer with crisp millwork and an elegant dark rail sets a bright, composed tone that continues through the main floor. Refined fireplace surrounds, tailored materials, and curated furnishings create a home that feels stately yet warm.

At the rear, new windows and doors open living spaces to lake views, strengthening the indoor–outdoor connection. The primary bath pairs patterned wallpaper and honed stone in a serene, cohesive palette.
