OVERVIEW

This Arden Park property received a complete outdoor transformation centered on a new pool and spa house designed for year-round use. The structure opens to the yard with retractable screens, forming an indoor–outdoor room with a stone fireplace and built-ins. Shiplap walls and a restrained palette keep the space bright and connected to the main home.

Layered stone walls and bluestone terraces shape gathering areas around a compact spa and plunge pool. Integrated lighting and plantings extend the home outdoors in comfort and atmosphere.
