Lowry Hill Carriage House
ICONIC DETAILS
OVERVIEW
This carriage house was designed as a fully appointed secondary dwelling, architecturally tied to the main home yet able to function independently. Tudor influences appear in half-timbering, patterned brick, and a sculptural chimney, scaled to sit comfortably on the site. Generous windows and a small balcony bring light to the upper level.
Inside, vaulted ceilings and rich wood paneling create a tailored atmosphere. A fireplace anchors the sitting room, while a discreet kitchenette and marble bath support guest use without compromising character.
